Veterans Day ( USS 41 Midway )

A month ago i had the opportunity to have a nice trip with my family. We went to San diego for a week and we had the change to go to see the USS 41 Midway Museum.  I thought a lot on Grandpa Bodell and Grandpa Kenney. Since the day i discovered my passion for photography i always go every where with my camera. It was very intense to go to the museum and you can almost go in the past and imagine all the people who served and also died there. I took some pictures of the places that made an impression on me. I felt so humble when i saw some of the people who worked there and i  had the change to talk with one of them, he worked by the kitchen area and he said he has good memories, some good ones and some sad ones.  I thank him for his service and he said to me : My pleasure!. Grandpa Bodell i love you so much and i can't imagine the days you had when you were fighting and  i am glad you came back home to see your kids grow. Every time i go to a place were there is history about wars you and grandpa Kenney are in my mind. I never had the opportunity to talk with grandpa Kenney i was learning the language when he pass away and my english was so bad that my husband was always doing the translation for me  , but i am pretty sure he knows how much i loved and still love him. Grandpa Jim i love, love, love you so so much and i am glad heavenly father send me to your family to live.
